  • Samsung will apparently hold its "Unpacked" event for the Galaxy Note 20 lineup on August 5.
  • The upcoming "Unpacked" event will be held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic,
  • Besides the Galaxy Note 20 series, Samsung is also expected to unveil the Galaxy Fold 2, Galaxy Watch 3, and the Galaxy Z Flip 5G at the same event.

Last month, a report out of South Korea had claimed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series would be unveiled at an online-only event, due to the coronavirus pandemic. As per a new report from The Korea Herald, Samsung will be holding its first-ever online "Unpacked" event on August 5.

Samsung will apparently introduce four new Galaxy products at the event. Apart from the Galaxy Note 20 series, the company may also unveil the Galaxy Fold 2, Galaxy Z Flip 5G, and Galaxy Watch 3. The Galaxy Note 20 series is expected to include just two models: Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Plus. However, a recent listing on the Bluetooth SIG website had suggested a third model called the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra might also be on the way.

The Galaxy Fold 2 is expected to feature a massive 7.7-inch main display with S Pen support and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also rumored to have a Snapdragon 865 chipset and a 108MP primary camera. Key tech specs of Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip 5G, on the other hand, remain a complete mystery at this point. The Galaxy Watch 3, which was spotted on the FCC website late last month, will arrive in 41mm and 45mm sizes with a rotating bezel.
