Koushik Dutta (AKA Koush) has incorporated an awesome new feature into his already indispensable application ROM Manager, called Web Connect. The screen shot says it all -- You can send a ROM, or kernel, or update right to the ROM Manager application on your phone from a web page, as long as the ROM developer supports it in their ROM and support forum thread. From there, it's business as usual and ROM Manager will back up your current system, wipe any parts of the system that may need be wiped, and install. All without user intervention. Koush, I love you, man.
Now all that's left is for ROM developers to get on board. Shout out to your favorite chef and tell him to have a look, and point them to Android Central's forums where they can get their ROM threads set up. [My Brain Hurts (Koush's blog)]
