The two speakers have unique features, but they're both powerful devices with some distinct features. The SP30-E0 is a portable speaker that includes a six-hour battery life. You can take it with you and be the life of the party. Or you can set it up at home and drop a couple of them around your home. Since it's a multi-room speaker, you can connect all the speakers together play music in every room or use each speaker to play something different. The back has a convenient kickstand, too, so when you're setting it up you can find the best spot in the room and not worry about it falling over.

The speaker has Chromecast built in, which is pretty unique for a portable speaker like this. You'll be able to cast millions of songs, podcasts, and radio shows using all the apps you already use on a regular basis.

The $80 SP70-D5 is a serious upgrade if audio is a bigger concern than portability. It's a 2.1-channel speaker with advanced bass and enhanced audio quality. Much like little brother, this speaker can be connected with other Vizio speakers around your home for seamless music. You can also use your smartphone and the Vizio SmartCast app like a remote control for the speaker. You'll get lossless quality over Wi-Fi and room-filling sound.

Both options come with a one-year warranty from Vizio so you can pick your favorite.
