The plan is being labeled as a "promotion" that starts today but there's no word on when MetroPCS will end this special pricing offer. The carrier stated:
Anyone with a MetroPCS 3G/4G GSM phone can walk into a participating MetroPCS store and get this deal. You won't find a lower cost option with data at Boost or Cricket. Period.
MetroPCS's last promotional deal was for a plan with unlimited 4G LTE data for just $50 a month. If you are interested in this offer, MetroPCS has a number of Android smartphones to choose from that can take advantage of this $30 a month deal.
