Have you ever wondered what would happen if you combined Doom with a rhythm game? No? Well, the developers at The Outsiders evidently did, as their newly revealed project, Metal: Hellsinger, combines brutal first-person combat with rhythm game elements.
The game was revealed as a part of IGN's Summer of Gaming event, which began today. You can take a look at the reveal trailer below.
Metal: Hellsinger also includes the vocal talents of Matt Heafy, Mikael Stanne, Bjorn Strid, Alissa White-Gluz and others. The Outsiders is a studio in Sweden composed of veterans including developers who formerly worked on the Battlefield franchise. Metal: Hellsinger is coming to Xbox One, PC, PS4, Xbox Series X and PS5 sometime in 2021.
