  • Got the deep sea blue note 8 from Best Buy on April 19th. Plus Best Buy was offering an additional $150.00 off. Total price savings $450.00.
  • These deals don't require a new line, although are applicable if used for a new line.
They are straight up discounts via bill credits with no requirements to to qualify.
  • The best buy deal mentioned above was for new or already existing lines. The $150 off was like a downpaynebt on the dpp paid for by best buy and then Verizon added the $300 in bill credits but it only lasted 3 days before best buy stopped the $150 payment portion. I was considering a note 8 with this deal but think I will stick with my essentials phone and wait and see if the rumored specs of the note 9 are true then maybe jump in on that phone.
