Amazon's Echo Buds are scoring a major upgrade this month. Debuting May 13, the 2nd generation of these true wireless earbuds outshine the originals with enhanced Active Noise Cancellation technology along with improved comfort and an even lower price. Plus, two versions will be available for the first time: one with a charging case and another with a wireless charging case.

As Amazon gears up for the release of these new wireless earbuds, there's an excellent discount available to those who pre-order before May 13. Amazon is cutting the price of both versions of the new Echo Buds by $20, so you can pre-order the Echo Buds for $99.99 with a standard charging case, or snag these earbuds with a wireless charging case on sale for $119.99 instead. You also have the choice between white and black colorways of each model. The deal doesn't end there though, as you'll also receive six months of access to Audible Plus and Amazon Music Unlimited for free — valued at $96.

The new Echo Buds offer active noise-cancellation, hands-free Alexa, and up to 15 hours of battery life with the included charging case. Pre-order today to save $20 and score six months of Audible Plus and Amazon Music Unlimited for free!

These wireless earbuds are way more versatile than most; with built-in Alexa, these earbuds allow you to voice control the Alexa app hands-free to stream music, play podcasts, and listen to Audible audiobooks. You can also use Alexa to make calls, set reminders, buy items from Amazon, answer any questions you might have, and more. The Echo Buds are compatible with both Android and iOS devices, so if you prefer using Google Assistant or Siri instead, these earbuds also support access to those voice assistants as well.

The Echo Buds can last up to five hours on a single charge, though with the included charging case, you can power them up again and again while you're away from home — boosting the battery life up to 15 hours. When you do need to recharge them, you can get two hours of listening time after just 15 minutes of charging. Though 20% smaller than their predecessors for improved comfort and a better fit, these earbuds also include four sizes of ear tips and two sizes of wing tips so you can adjust for the best fit.

Other features include IPX4 water resistance, the ability to mute the built-in mics using the Alexa app, and of course Active Noise Cancellation to drown out the ambient sounds around so you can better focus on whatever's currently playing in your ears.

Both the Audible Plus and Amazon Music Unlimited subscriptions included in today's offer will auto-renew after six months have passed, so be sure to cancel the membership before that time if you decide you don't want to keep your subscription active.
