AT&T will also offer customers the option of paying $12.50 per month for the tablet for 20 months, or they can pay $149.99 with a two year contract. The LG G Pad 7.0 LTE uses Android 4.4. KitKat with a seven inch HD+ IPS display, a 1.2 GHz processor, a five megapixel rear camera and more. Of course, the biggest new feature is the support for connecting to AT&T's LTE wireless network in addition to Wi-Fi.

They can't do something like this because their plans don't have monthly device access charges.

Sure but you have to pay the monthly fees for tablet data plan for the next 2 years.

What you can buy any tablet for zero down at T-Mobile with 24 month installment plan. I believe you don't even need to have a tablet data plan as long as you are t-mobile customer. Better deal than ATT or any other carrier.

HD+ is just LG's branding for the display, like Retina for Apple. It uses the IPS display technology.

HD 1366x768
HD+ 1600x900
FHD 1920x1080
WQHD 2560x1440
WQXGA 2560x1600

IPS is the screen technology. (Amoled, LCD, IPS, ...)

So if you get the G2 or G3 its $0.99 for the tablet. No installments correct?

What if you buy an LG G3 out right then do you still get the .99 cent deal with no contract I wonder...More than likely not.

Thanks for the information! Thats a deal killer for me. However the tablet would be on a 2 year contract then I take it? Something I'm not willing to do but it would make sense on att's part.

Sprint has been doing this for a little over half a year with the SAMSUNG Tab 7.
Free with qualifying plan when you purchase a phone.

This is a great deal! Too bad I already purchased my G3 more than 14 days ago. I would have definitely gone for the 99 cent deal.

Ah, thanks! I haven't used any modern LG devices, so I wasn't familiar with that. I knew it had multi window, but don't know anything about how it's implemented.
