Following up on the heels of the Lenovo A7000, the Chinese manufacturer has launched the budget K3 Note in India for ₹9,999 ($155).

With devices like the Meizu m1 note offering a full-HD display and LTE for ₹11,999 ($187), manufacturers are raising the bar in terms of affordability. Xiaomi has the Redmi Note 4G in this segment, Motorola is offering the Moto G 2014, and while Lenovo has the A series of devices, the Chinese vendor is looking to consolidate its footing in this category with the launch of the K3 Note.
