If you're rocking a Samsung Gem and have been feeling rather left out of the update loop, now is your time to shine. Samsung has made available for download the EH17 software update that serves to correct some ghosts in the machine if you will. Changes include:
- New application: Books added to the application list. The Books application allows you to purchase ebooks through the Google ebooks Website. For more information on Books, click here.
- Fix: Accessing the Camcorder after taking pictures.
- Fix: Sending MMS when Wi-Fi is active.
- Fix: Pause key in voicemail.
You will need to download the Samsung Simple Upgrade Tool, and most importantly -- back up your information first but after that it should be smooth sailing for you.
