T-Mobile has updated its software update tracker to show that the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for its Galaxy Note 4 is now in carrier testing.
We've already seen the device snag the Android 5.0 Lollipop update on a number of other U.S. carriers, including Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon — so the update from T-Mobile is lagging a bit behind. However, the status change to "testing" for the Note 4 on T-Mobile indicates that the device is in the final stages of testing before rolling out to users. It isn't clear how long carrier testing may take, but barring any last-minute hitches or bugs, it hopefully won't be too much longer before those rocking a Note 4 on the magenta network snag the update.
