Sprint has started pushing out a fresh update to the Samsung Galaxy S7, bringing along improvements to battery life and voice over Wi-Fi, along with a bump to the latest April security patches. After applying the update, you should find your Android security patch level up-to-date with the April 2 patch, and your software version should come in at G930PVPU2APD3.
The update is rather large, coming in at 141.93MB — so you may want to ensure you're connected to Wi-Fi before downloading. And as with all update rollouts, this one may take some time to land for everyone. However, you can check by heading to the "About Phone" section of the Settings menu and tapping "System updates."
