Galaxy Note Edge

Samsung is believed to be working on two variants of the Galaxy S6, one with a standard display and the other with a dual-edge screen. The latest from Bloomberg corroborates previous rumors, stating that a variant of the Galaxy S6 will feature a three-sided screen, with the display "covering three sides" of the device.

According to Bloomberg, citing "people with direct knowledge" of the matter:

Both phones will have all-metal bodies and use Samsung's most advanced processor chips, the people said, asking not to be identified because the details haven't been released. The second model to be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress in Spain will only have a front-facing display, the people said. Both phones will have 5.1-inch screens, one of the people said.

Earlier leaks have revealed that the dual-edge variant of the Galaxy S6 will feature a gently sloping curve on either side of the device. Samsung hinted at the curve in its press invite for Mobile World Congress. which bears the tagline "What's Next." Both versions of the Galaxy S6 are set to make their debut at the event.

What is also known at this stage is that Samsung will be sticking with its in-house Exynos line of SoCs, eschewing Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810.
