Why? Especially when the Galaxy Note 10.1 runs circles around this one?

The Note 10.1 also carries a price tag that is about twice what the Tab2 10.1 is selling for. Then again, given that the tablet was released nearly 6 months ago and it is just being reported on now, I wouldn't expect anyone here to know that. The Note 10.1 is meant as a high-end tablet, given it has a quad-core processor and a whole host of other stuff. The Tab2 10.1 is a low to mid-range tablet and the specs of it back that up.
