Will someone please make a tough phone with Top of the line specs! Not an old news screen, camera, and probably a sluggish processor.

How about Sony Xperia V (Sony Xperia AX) or Sony Xperia Arco S?

They are dual core, 720p screen ^_^

Hopefully they are just withholding the processor for different reasons than it is severely underwhelming. My wife was considering the predecessor, and this being an upgrade, hopefully it is running at least dual core. The original Rugby Smart was running a 1.4 Single Core processor.
