Samsung is set to hold an event on August 13 where we're expected to get our first look at the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 edge+. While the design of the duo is hardly a secret by now, having been leaked numerous times, we've received another peek today courtesy of case maker Spigen. Overall, the renders on Spigen's product page for its Samsung Galaxy Note 5 cases and Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ cases simply confirm a number of leaks that we've seen in recent weeks, including a pair of alleged press renders.
While Spigen obviously doesn't point to any specs we can expect, we did report on some possible specs for the Note 5 earlier this week, which include a 5.66-inch Quad HD display, 4GB of RAM, a 16MP rear camera, and a 5MP front-facing shooter. Additionally, the Note 5 is said to run on a Samsung Exynos 7420 octa-core chip and include a 32GB storage option.
In any event, we won't have to wait too much longer to get our first official look at these two phones. Samsung is holding its next Unpacked event on August 13, and we'll be there to bring you the latest.
What do you think of these Galaxy Note 5 cases? Will you be picking one up in advance? Let us know in the comments!
Thanks for the tip, Erly!
