Google launched a free ad-supported version of Play Music in the U.S. earlier this month, but the service is yet to make its debut north of the border. For those looking to avail Play Music for free, however, Samsung is offering a way. The manufacturer is offering a six-month subscription to Google Play Music to customers purchasing the Galaxy S6.
If you're interested in buying a Samsung handset other than the Galaxy S6, three months of Play Music is bundled. The subscription includes access to the entire Google Play Music catalog, which features over 30 million tracks as well as curated radio stations. Play Music also allows users to store up to 50,000 songs from their own library.
Samsung will also be sending out teams to music festivals in the country to provide interactive product demos for customers interested in knowing more about Play Music.
