The iRobot Roomba i7+ robot vacuum cleaner has dropped to a new low price of $799 on Amazon. We first shared a deal on this robot vac when it dropped to $950 for the first time way back in August. Since then it has been selling for around $1,000. Today's price is a huge discount just in time for the holidays.

iRobot Roomba i7+ self-charging robot vacuum cleaner
The charging station doubles as a dirt bin, and the i7+ drops off its own dirt. Your Roomba does all the work and texts you when the bag is full. It can learn multiple floor plans, and it can connect to your smart home.

The Roomba i7+ is one of iRobot's newest vacuums and one of the best. It's also basically as good as you can get in the robot vacuum cleaner world. It does at least one thing no other robot vacuum cleaner does - empties its own dirt bin. The Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal doubles as a charging station. So the i7+ comes back to base, tops off its battery, empties its dirt, then goes back out for more rounds. So essentially, once you've bought this Roomba and set it up to clean what you want it to clean, you really don't have to mess with it ever again until it's time to replace the dirt bin's bag. And best of all? The Roomba is smart enough to know when it has run out of room and will send you a notification on your phone that the bag is full. Your robot vacuum will text you to get you to help it out. How fun is that?
The machine can also learn multiple floor plans and the names for individual rooms. If you live in a townhome or a space with muiltiple floors, the Roomba can't quite go up stairs yet. But it can learn the other floors so you can take it there, let it know what floor it's on, and let it get to work. Customize the robot's cleaning path, and if you connect it to your smart home you can say things like "Alexa, tell the Roomba to clean Billy's room!" and off it will go.
