How to fix connection and playback issues while watching
Like other streaming services, you're bound to run into some issues with Disney+ when it comes to connection, playback, and server issues when everyone is trying to stream Frozen 2 at the same time. Don't worry, these issues are only temporary and all have pretty easy fixes if you know how to troubleshoot. It usually involves stuff like restarting devices, quitting the app and trying again, making sure you have a good internet speed, and so on. Be sure to read up on your specific issue before trying anything serious though.
