With everyone staying at home this week and out of public spaces, streaming is reaching an all-time high. Netflix has even been urged to slow down streaming speeds to ensure everyone in the European Union continues to have internet access during the coronavirus outbreak. It's only a matter of time before you're bored with Netflix's content though, and thankfully, Sling TV has a new plan available that could get you binge-watching movies and TV shows on-demand as well as live TV channels, and the best part is that it's completely free! You won't even need a credit card or an account to start watching.

Sling TV Free Access

Sling TV is giving you a way to stay entertained while you're stuck at home over the next few weeks. Sling's new Sling Free plan lets you watch live news and a bevy of on-demand shows and movies without even needing to sign in!

Limited Time Only

Sling TV is already one of the most affordable streaming TV services to date with options normally starting at just $30 per month to score access to live TV channels on your smartphone, tablet, or streaming devices. Sling Blue and Sling Orange feature some of the same channels, though the biggest difference between the two is that Sling Orange includes various ESPN channels, FreeForm, and Disney Channel while Sling Blue includes FX, SyFy, BET, and more. There's also a plan which combines all the channels for just $45.

With Sling Free, you won't gain access to most of those channels unfortunately, though it does include access to select live TV news channels including ABC News and Fox News, along with access to select other channels such as Buzzr the game show network. There's much more to watch on Sling Free though, as there's tons of on-demand content which you can watch whenver you'd like. You can watch full seasons of shows like Hell's Kitchen or Forensic Files, as well as a bevy of horror movies and other films. You may have some trouble accessing Sling Free if you've been a Sling subscriber in the past, though it should work if you open the link in an Incognito window of your browser.

A full list of Sling TV's channels can be found here; many of them come through add-ons of extra packages that come for an additional monthly fee, so you'll want to keep that in mind while browsing, as well as which devices Sling can be accessed on. Happy streaming!
