AT&T is one of the most reliable phone carriers in the United States, though great service does come at a price. Luckily, the best AT&T deals on smartphones are available for new and existing customers so no one has to miss out. Whether you're new to AT&T or if you've been an AT&T customer for some time now, you should always look into the discounts this carrier offers on the latest phones before purchasing a new one anywhere else.

While new customers typically score the best deals when purchasing a new device at most carriers, AT&T is offering both new and existing customers the same deals on new devices as of October 2020. AT&T's deals can easily save you several hundred dollars on the device of your choice, though there are a few stipulations to consider with each offer.

Even though a large selection of AT&T's best deals ask that you trade-in an old device for better savings, there are others that don't require a trade-in at all. You'll also find many deals that ask you to start or upgrade to an Unlimited plan to score the discount. Of course, no deal lasts forever and some devices sell out early; whenever you see a discount you don't want to miss out on, the best course of action is to make the purchase sooner rather than later.
