Nexus One Gingerbread

Let the teasing continue: Christophe writes in again to say he's spotted another build of Android 2.3 Gingerbread that reportedly is pinging his app. This time it's GRH47B (the previous sighting was of GRH14B), with the full string being Dalvik/1.4.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.3; Nexus One Build/GRH47B). Yeah, it's possible this is just a little trickery, but we doubt it. Now all we need is an actual build to leak out. Google, you know where to find us. [AIR Benchmark]

^^yeah i have to agree that I dont want to hear anything about gingerbread until it says "its finally here!" i mean this is good news, but i want it to say "download here". This teasing is just getting old now...

Hey, anybody think they are privately testing and already gave the code to the different companies so all who have capable phones (of course) can have gingerbread for the holidays all at once?

Wishfull thinking. Lol.

Black Friday would have been a perfect day to receive a little Christmas present early.

We got it enough with the teasing already I don't think anybody can geezer get anymore amp up then they already are

Since the new nexus is not a htc device its a rather a samsung its dose not have htc sence without the cool look of an htc and again its samsung phone, since samsung nexus phone will get the 2.3 first other samsung devices will get it first as well, like all galaxy's, epic and the rest, then htc, and moto... for that reason i will stick with my wonderful HTC evo and hold off on the nexus phone which i will assume its just a wow phone... not a WOW phone like the nexus one...

I wonder if the holdup for ginger bread is because maybe footprint is adding in some drm capabilities to the os.?? Maybe.
