Weekly Photo Contest Panorama

A whole lot of beautiful scenery was on display this week

Another weekly photo contest has come to a close, and after seven days of entries we saw an awesome amount of turnout for this one. The prompt this week was "panorama," which opens up the topic structure again and gave everyone a chance to explore a way of taking pictures that is outside of the norm.

After going through nearly 300 entries across 25 pages in our forums, we had to bring it down to just one winner this week. We saw a lot of great entries this week, but we think we found one that hit the spot just right. Hang around after the break and see who was picked as the winner this week.

Winner of a BLU Life View, alvefa!

Weekly Photo Contest Panorama Winner

Bridges kind of lend themselves to panoramas, and this expansive view from the middle of the Golden Gate Bridge is just fantastic. We love the symmetry and smoothness of the picture. Great shot!

Keep an eye on your doorstep and mailbox for a package, it is already on its way.

Thanks again to everyone else who entered, and keep your eyes peeled for the next photo contest. We want the chance to give away more great prizes to everyone, so keep taking pictures and entering them!

Announcing the 'Weekly Photo Contest: Panorama' winner!

Yeah. That is one really awesome perspective. I love how you can see the walkway on either end of the shot.

Can a Google+ enhanced motion gif be uploaded as a submission post to an AC photo contest?

Depends on the rules of he game. I have yet to see an animated gif one.

My S-Pen went through hell to deliver this important message to you

Misunderstood, nonexus. Please reread.

My question is about the capability, not about the rules or subject.

Simply.. can a G+ motion enhanced photo be uploaded (posted) to and viewed in an AC photo contest?

Great shot. A worthy winner. Would be nice to see some of the pictures which made the shortlist but didn't win _ runner ups.
