My son is turning 12 next month and I don't have the $ to get him something nice (he got a G1 last year when our financial situation was better), as my wife has been laid off and temping for a year. Boy would he be surprised if he actually got more than a token gift! He is an android geek like his dad - he is building himself a AA battery-based charger for his G1. He would love $150 to spend at BB and we would both love Android central even more that we do now!

Android is the new wave of the cell phone future and I like the news here at AC. Holding out to see if the Nexus One will be worth getting on Verizon, otherwise I will go T-mobile. Ditch the notion that iPhone is the best!

This gives me the perfect chance to thank Android Central for keeping me updated on the Google Nexus 1 and teaching me about the Android OS. I am currently a Verizon customer with a old school LG Chocolate, I am ready to take the leap to a smartphone and have been checking the website and forums daily for some release info on the Verizon Nexus 1. You guys rock!

Dangling a gift card to make us create an account. There, I'll bite. If I win this money will go directly toward buying an Android phone.

Well not that I'm more deserving than anyone else, but I have to pay off two tickets and between that and my phone bill I'm locked down on cash for the next couple of months. I would use that to buy some headphones (and some other stuff of course) so I could at least listen to some music on my Hero in peace since I have to stay broke. Even if I dont get It though, Android Central is freakin' awesome.

I really do love Android Central, it has helped me in so much. It helped me decide to switch to the best mobile operating system ever.

It's strange, every time I wonder something about Android, it's usually posted on this site that same day. It's almost as if we're connected, you and I.
