Samsung Galaxy S5

The T-Mobile version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 today is getting a software update over the air or through the KIES desktop program. New in build G900TUVU1ANE5 is an improvement for intermittent failures for text messages and MMS messages. And ... that's it. Look for the update. Update the update. Text all the things.

Have not received it here yet on my S5, TMO. I'm in the Boston area. Hopefully goes live soon OTA. I don't have time to deal with updated through Kies right now :(

What was the issue? Cause mine works fine.

Text and MMS randomly didn't work from time to time, regardless of network strength and even when data and WiFi were enabled.

Can the update be done over wifi?

There are some behind the scenes improvements also from the UK update. Camera is slightly faster and the fingerprint scanner is improved as well.

Still have yet to see an OTA update.

I know this is totally out of place, but has anybody had apps just randomly uninstall? Ive had my sprint gs5 for 2 weeks and its happened twice...

Yeah, 131MB has to include more behind the scenes stuff than just SMS/MMS fixes LOL

great... maybe it'll install more bloatware like "Group Play" like it did last week.
