T-Mobile Prism

T-Mobile this morning unwrapped the Prism, a 3.5-inch (HVGA) Gingerbread device with a 3.2MP camera. The specs aren't going to wow you, but then again they're not really supposed to. It's the pricing that's the selling point here. The Prism will cost $19.99 after a $50 mail-in-rebate card with a two-year service agreement and qualifying Classic voice and data plan, or it'll cost $149.99 with no annual contract.

Anybody jumping on this one?

So who makes this thing again?

only top manufacturer of phones in china! Ok, so most of the phones they have released in the US have been low end phones they do make decent high end phones. I'd buy them over LG

That 3.2MP camera could be the same generic Chinese camera found in the LG Optimus One and Samsung Conquer / Galaxy Attain. But the overall specs make the two year old Optimus One look just as good. For just a little more money, the T-Mobile Sensation would be a great choice.
