Swype on the T-Mobile myTouch 3G

The rumors are true, folks. The new version of T-Mobile's myTouch 3G sports the Swype keyboard, and that's just the start of the lovefest. Swype announced today that it'll be on "a number of future devices," including the Windows Mobile-powered HTC HD2.

For the uninitiated, Swype is a keyboard that in addition to normal touch typing allows you to slide your finger from letter to letter, and a lot of you swear by it. [Swype]

Just picked up a black MyTouch 1.2 a few hours ago so I could stash away my Fender for a bit. Swype is a little weird at first but I was surprised on how accurate it is.

If T-Mobile got a better network(Pretty shitty in my area, I got by when I had an LX but it wasn't that hot. I was on EDGE most of the time.) then it would be the biggest mobile company with all its boss phones.

That's bullshit, it was on the Samsung Omnia 2 first, for Verizon. The Droid phones should be getting it over anything that T-Mobile has.
