Xperia T2 Ultra

Sony has announced that it is rolling out the Android 4.4 KitKat update to the single and dual-SIM versions of the Xperia T2 Ultra, with more devices set to follow in the coming months.

The update brings better performance, customisation tweaks to the status bar and quick notification bar, updates to Sony's exclusive apps, changes to the user interface, integration with Sony's PlayMemories service and compatibility with wearable devices like the SmartBand SWR10.

The update is being phased out now, and will be available based on your region and carrier. Sony has stated that it is now focusing on bringing Android 4.4 to the Xperia E1 and Xperia M2 (along with M2 Dual) next.
