This racing title is the best choice if you want full the best immersion possible. It has the best gameplay options, taking advantage of the 4K and HDR abilities of your PlayStation 4 Pro. Not only can you race around the track in a realistic simulation, but there are even competitions —worldwide competitions that put you up against real drivers from all over the world.
This title is our runner-up because of how immersive the gameplay is, but it lost a lot of points for not having multiplayer options. The DLC for the game allows you to play with a second person, but it makes player two a "co-driver" instead of a competitor.
Driveclub VR doesn't use 4K, HDR, or multiplayer features that other games offer, but it's still a great game. The virtual reality mechanics are smooth to prevent nausea and the graphics look great inside of a PSVR helmet.
Trackamania isn't getting any rewards from us anytime soon due to the lack of features and sub-par graphics, but it's still a great budget option if you want to test the waters for driving in virtual reality.
