Plants vs. Zombies 2

Guess who's back, and not a moment too soon. Plants vs. Zombies 2 got an update this week, with Dr. Zomboss returning to the three existing worlds. In addition, there's a new power-up — Snowball Power. Here's the changelog in its entirety:

  • We have big news and even bigger news about our latest update. There's a new power-up and an old "friend."
  • The brain behind the zombie invasion is here! Dr. Zomboss is waiting for you in an all-new Ancient Egypt level. And you can be sure he'll be causing trouble in other time periods soon.
  • Get your hands (or fingers, actually) on the new Snowball Power and chill zombies to the bone!

Download it at the link above.

This is so lame. I updated, beat Zomboss in Egypt in about 10 minutes last night and that's all the new content that's playable now. It's taken a long time to enable "The Future" and Zomboss isn't even playable in the other worlds yet.

I guess the name "It's About Time" comes true when there's an update...

I agree totally. I was also disappointed that they force you to use coins to recharge the mowers after you have used them. The concept of coins is stupid. They need keep building in the levels. Makes me wish for a new Jelly Defense. They really made the game very gimmicky...

I love the snowball power so much more than the pinch. That was so hard to use before...

After uninstalling about a month ago I decided to install and work on saving up coins. I picked the wrong time to do that apparently. It was about a week ago when this new update was available for less than one day. I was never able to revert back to the old version and now I'm stuck on this version but it seems broken. I haven't been able to get the Pinata Party in over a week and sometimes Zomboss works and sometimes it doesn't.

This isn't fun anymore.

Agreed.

It amazes the hell out of me that there exist people, who's existence is so utterly vapid that they are not totally bored of this game after the first 15 minutes.

It amazes some people as well that there are people with amazingly short attention spans/extremely high standards/whatever-you-call-it(English isn't my native language). I guess you'd rather play Angry Birds? Or do you have a better Another-Tower-Defense-Clone you can suggest that doesn't get boring after the first 15 minutes?
