I saw that also. Motorola needs to just step up an replace the 512MB with a 1GB of RAM anyway if they hope to compete successfully with the other 4G devices that will come out at the same time. I was all about waiting on the Bionic till I saw what the iPhone5 specs are looking like. I love the Droid line an hope they fix the RAM issue. I have had both the Droid an DroidX an was very happy. The games still don't compare with what I had when I owned a iPhone3G before the Droids came out. Android an Droid please step up an don't fail me now....
