Lenovo Thinkpad

Back in May we saw the roll out of the Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Lenovo Thinkpad begin to roll out in Europe, and for a while it has laid still. The update has picked up again and is now hitting US devices, so for those of you who have been waiting patiently, you will want to check your devices for updates. While the update comes a few weeks later than we had originally thought, it is finally here, so you will definitely want to hop into your settings and manually check for the update if you haven't already received the OTA notification. Be sure to sing out in the comments and the forums and let us know how the update works out for you!

This whole ICS thing really bugs me.. every phone running 2.3 Ginger and up should have already been up graded to ICS.. Now here is JellyBean.. This makes no sense whatsoever..

I can't lie as bad as the Galaxy Nexus is IMHO, At least it gets the upgrades in a timely manner. I will really have to look at which CPU/GPU the Galaxy Nexus 2 gets in November.. and if they improve the Radio, it may be the route I go on Black Friday / Cyber Monday.

Your comment has nothing to do with the Thinkpad tablet. My experience is not great. ICS makes the Thinkpad prettier, but makes the inking worse. There is much more lag and vectoring when using the stylus and it is basically unusable to me. I have tried 6 of the main inking applications and can't find one that is ok. I will be selling mine ASAP and looking for another inkIng solution.
