Verizon pushes small update to Samsung Galaxy S5

Verizon is currently pushing out a small update to Samsung Galaxy S5 owners on its network. The update brings along two minor changes to the device, according to the changelog. The listed changes are:

  • "GALAXY Apps" app store will be auto installed on your device
  • Fingerprint Scanner for unlocking Microsoft Exchange accounts is now enabled

The update is rolling out in phases, and appears to have begun on June 29, with more users receiving the update this week. If you have already received the update, be sure to let us know any changes that you have noticed, whether good or bad.
