  1. Open the Google Fit app.
  2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom.
  3. Tap Move Minutes or Heart Points to adjust either one.
  4. Use the - and + icons to move the number up and down.
  5. Once you've got everything how you like it, tap Set Goal at the top right.
