AT&T quietly reveals LG G Vista 2 via YouTube video

AT&T decided to reveal a new smartphone, the LG G Vista 2, on its YouTube channel rather than a conventional press release. The phone itself is a successor to the LG G Vista which AT&T started selling over a year ago.

The video does a decent job breaking down the hardware features of the LG G Vista 2. The 5.7-inch 1080p display can be used with the included stylus to take notes, draw artwork and more. It also includes 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. The clip also shows off some of the included photo software and user interface features so owners can take the perfect image.

The video also mentions the phone has an eight-core processor but does not name it specifically. AT&T has yet to announce a release date or a price for the LG G Vista 2, but since the carrier has already posted a promo video, that information is likely to be revealed sooner rather than later.
