£4.99/€5.99/$6.99 gets you one fine looking, action packed game

Having been first announced for mobile back at E3 2013, Square Enix has today made Deus Ex: The Fall available for Android devices through the Google Play Store. This latest title to bare the Deus Ex name is the first for mobile and has been designed from the ground up for the touchscreen environment while still offering a premium level of gameplay.

Deus Ex: The Fall is set in 2027 – a golden era for science, technology and human augmentation, but also a time of great social divide and global conspiracy. Powerful corporations have seized control from governments and command the drug supply needed by augmented humans to survive. In this chaos Ben Saxon, a former British SAS Mercenary who underwent physical augmentation, is desperate for the truth behind the drug conspiracy. Betrayed by his private military employers, the Tyrants, not only is his own life at risk but for all augmented humans, time is running out…

So, it all sounds pretty good, and our iOS using buddies have told us good things about it. Only one thing remains, and that's to grab the nearest Android device, hit up the Play Store link up top, then lock and load!

Update: Despite being live in the Play Store at the time of writing, it appears to have been pulled again. We'll update when the link up top goes live again.

I'm guessing this isn't going to run on a rooted device running xposed framework, it being a square enix game.

Playstore link isn't working

aznmode says:

Link works for me but I can't purchase. Says item not found in play store.

I am pretty sure that's what he means by "isn't working"

aznmode says:

I'm just reading it as he said it. The link takes me to the play store and I can see the game the price and all the screen shot. So assumed he meant the link doesn't take him anywhere. But thanks for the correction.

aznmode says:

Just had my friend try it on his moto x and the link comes up empty on on his phone but I can see it on my my note 3. So it looks like the link works on some phones but not on others. But my end result is when I click on the price to buy and accept the terms I get an error instead of going to the password input screen.

Dang it! I really wanted to try this game! It looks epic! Especially with a bluetooth game controller and a slimport. Battery would probably be gone in 3 hours though.

Phil, Alex, Jerry,Andrew, don't be part of the conspiracy to hide this wonderful game from us. Please update the link for us,

P.S forgot about Richard too.

Well crap. I have this on IOS but now I guess I have to get it for the G2 I ordered Friday.

Naw, I'll just play it on IOS. But damn, I'd love to have it for my phone just 'cause. Maybe one day it'll go on sale. :)
