HP Chromebook 11

Two-day shipping will have a new charger to you in short order

Those who have submitted a request for a replacement HP Chromebook 11 charger will have one in short order, as shipping confirmation emails are heading out now. We received our own email confirmation after putting in our request yesterday, and the tracking number indicates that the replacement will arrive by Friday — not bad at all.

If you haven't yet put in your request, you really should get to that sooner rather than later. There's no cost to you, and as we've seen, HP is ready to send out replacements in short order. You'll simply have to give a little bit of information such as your name, email and device serial number, and you'll be good to go.

When the new charger arrives, you'll have to return the old defective one, but that shipping cost is also covered. Hit the source link below to request your replacement charger.

There are a lot of us who can't submit the form due to unspecified errors. Silence from Google has been deafening.

This whole ordeal has convinced me to skip this model

I'd go with the Samsung, anyway. Better design, battery life, and it doesn't set your house on fire.

IMO the Acer C720 (4GB RAM model and touchscreen model) offers the best bang for your buck at the moment.
