Although you can't really tell from the blurry image above -- there is a phone in there and quite frankly we have no idea what, exactly, it is. It's been suggested that it could be an unannounced Motorola device, but it's also been suggested that it could quite possibly be the refreshed Motorola Droid Bionic running a newer version of Motoblur.

And then there are some of us who believe it's a Motorola Droid 3 that was either snapped with a really bad camera or was intentionally blurred out with Photoshop just to make people wonder. If that is in fact the case, then I guess it worked -- because we're wondering.

Another unannounced Motorola device spotted?

I really don't understand why someone can get early access to top-of-the-line phones, yet they can't find a decent camera and/or don't know how to focus a damn camera.

The camera on my Hero sucks in pretty much everything but direct light and it could take a picture much better than that. It just makes me think these are all fake.

I can't remember the last time there was a "fake" leak... doesn't happen anymore. All of these are definitely controlled leaks to get the dedicated android folk excited.

I have heard that they blur them on purpose to hide any small identifiers that only their phone might have that the companies "Mark" before releasing them to try and find the ones that leak their products early

The blurring is too even across the image; I'm guessing Photoshop.

(Note how none of us are talking about the phone but just about what a crap image it is.)

Don't believe it is a D3. The front facing camera is in a different location and is missing the bottom lip. The dark chrome color around the bezel looks Droid-esque though.

It was the pics that were leaked and supposedly are the droid bionic. check the forum they have clear pictures of the same exact phone.

I also thought it was a D3.

Look at what seems to be the FFC position and the length of the grill. Does not appear to be consistent with the clear D3 pics.

I also agree it is probably a controlled leak. Why leak a blurry image of a device that already has hi-res photos out?

I think it's the Motorola Droid 4.

LTE, Quad-core, 2GB ROM, 32GB RAM, microSDHC and SDHC card slots (shipping with 32GB microSD), 6" KingKong-glass screen, 12MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, HDMI out, 3D and 1080i video recording, AngryBirds (without ads) pre-installed, 72-hour hydrogen power cell battery, slide out keyboard, pop-up joystick, Bluetooth navigation to drive your car for you....

What!?! As long as we're just spewing just speculation and unfounded rumors, I thought throwing something in from 3 years from now would be nice.

Everyone seems to be saying "Not D3"...

But it looks like the D2 at the bottom. I think it COULD be the D3
