Our most-watched video content from the past year

It's been a year of countless device launches, live events, trade shows and other Android-related goodness. So it's no surprise to see that Android Central produced more video content than ever before in 2013, covering everything from hands-on videos and walkthroughs of new devices, to our Talk Mobile 2013 videos and Samsung Developers Conference coverage. As we've said a few times before, it's been a hell of a year.

So on this New Year's Eve, there's just time to recap Android Central's top ten most-watched videos from 2013. These aren't our picks, but the videos you, the AC readers, watched the most on YouTube and here on the site. Head on past the break to check them out!

Android Central's most popular videos of 2013

No love for LG or even the G2. Samsung this HTC that. Oh my

I think that S4 vs One was the big rivalry of the year. The close rivalry gave both phones much more attention than they would have gotten with no competitor. They were both special phones, and arguably the best ones. The G2 launched later in the year. It's not like it didn't create buzz, it's just that it wasn't as special (for me) as the HTC and Samsung phones from early on.
Just my thinking, but I don't know how the AC community thinks.

I love my G2. I wanted a Note 3 like a 15 yr old wanted his first piece but wasn't going to shell over the cash. (G2 was free on contract N3 $350 from Sprint, no discount that I found on the N3)The upsides were not worth that cash and my work pays my monthly bill, so I went with the G2. I played with my friends S4's, One's & the N3 and my phones fits my needs better, I have no regrets at all. But honestly I like that fact that not everyone has it either. Let the masses grab the phone that they are told is "the next big thing" and let me happily and quietly know that I got the phone that works best for me.

simple, it was not popular enough for a lot of people to view the video, read the articles or whatever...

Next year write a script so that the most popular is whatever you have...

people need to read.....seriously.

I was coming here to put something along the lines of "insert obligitory LG G2 comment bitching fest here".....wut what do you know, its ALREADY here.

these are the MOST WATCHED videos.....not the "what people should have watched" or "look at these videos from 2013"

C'mon people...people watched these videos more than other doesn't make the products in these videos better than another.

the G2 is a great device, why do you want others to proove that so much?

This comment won't stop the idiots. They've already had their mind set that they're going to bitch and moan about something that's irrelevant to their lives anyway.

That S4 versus the HTC one video in the park was possibly the best video you guys have done all year. It perfectly shows what the average consumer thinks, at first glance, about each phone. I think you guys should do that more often. Just walk around and ask opinions on the newest phone that's released. Gives an interesting perspective as most aren't tech savvy and will just give their at a glance opinion of the device.

I some how missed this over the year and just watched it. I agree 100%. AC needs to do that more often. Loved the video.
