As we've said countless times here on AC, one of the best parts about Android is its openness to customization. If you don't like how something looks out of the box, there's a good chance you can change it and make it yours.

The Galaxy S21 has been out in the wild for a few days now, and as more and more people are getting their hands on it, they're quickly discovering what they love about the phone and what needs some tinkering. For certain users, that tinkering has to do with the launcher experience.

A few S21 owners recently got to talking about which launcher they're rocking on the new phone, saying:

Nova for me. One UI has improved over the years but it is still lacking too many things for me to switch to it. Nova is the best launcher IMO. I've used several

I've been running Nova for years. When I feel the need to switch things up I'll spend time with One UI but I always go back no Nova. I'm in the Nova 7 beta and I love it. Can't wait till it's official.

I've been using nova prime for years but this time I'm using ui3.1. Except for the gestures I haven't missed using nova.

One UI launcher since they now added my only complaint which was no Google feed on the left. Now that it's there I'm fine with it.

  • I'm using the Nova Launcher Prime. Reason? Icons. I get bored with icons pretty easily.
  • Well, I'm on the S20 FE. Even still, Nova for the win.
  • I don't understand the fascination with launchers, I hardly ever use or notice my launcher. I use LaunchBoard to launch apps and if I'm on a Samsung phone I use also One Hand Operation +, I never go back to the launcher. If you spend too much time on your launcher you're not doing anything. One of the reasons I don't like iOS is you still have to be so dependent on the launcher because the OS UI has not developed past that, this is not the case with Android.
  • ONe UI. Samsungs native launcher is great. it's 2021, peoples need to stop thinking its touchwiz already. its not touchwiz.
Love my S21. Great phone with great software.
  • Using default Galaxy Launcher. Keeping it simple.
  • Microsoft launcher, nice, simple and you can change the icons
  • I love the look of One UI 3.1 but I do wish Samsung would give us the option to scroll vertically on app drawer
  • Stock Samsung OneUI
  • Niagara Launcher for the win!
  • I'm getting my Galaxy S20 FE today and I'm going to at least give One UI a try and if I get the One UI 3.1 updates, I'll definitely stick with it, as I'll be able to at least switch to the Google feed.
