Pebble Time Round

Pebble has introduced a rounder, slimmer, lighter version of their always-on smartwatch. The Pebble Time Round will continue to offer the freshly-updated interface, and will be available with two different band sizes, 14 mm and 20 mm. Black, silver, and rose gold color options are there for the picking. Shipping starts in November.

Mophie Power Reserve

Mophie unveiled two new universal power packs this week. The Power Reserve 1X and 2X are colorful batteries with a soft-touch finish and LED indicator. They offer 2,600 mAh at 1.8 A output and 5,200 mAh with 2.1 A output respectively. Charging the battery goes through the microUSB slot, and special Charge Vault technology ensures it can hold its juice for a long time. These batteries start shipping by the end of the month.

Glowforge

Preorders for the Glowforge 3D laser printer kicked off this week. The promising new printer will let you peruse a library of 3D models from your Android tablet, or import custom designs from your PC, and cut into a range of materials A set of built-in cameras enable all sorts of functions, such as scanning hand drawings and detecting the material being cut or etched. An optional air filter is available if you plan on working a lot with leather or acrylics. Connections are all made over Wi-Fi, which is a nice way to keep cables to a minimum. The Glowforge is currently enjoying a half-off early bird special, which will last for another 30-odd days. Excpect these to ship in December.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Selfie Spoon

I may need to brush on my Revelations, but I'm pretty sure this is one of the omens of Armageddon. Cinnamon Toast Crunch has released a real (yes, real) selfie spoon. It is exactly what you think it is. It is a selfie stick with a spoon on the end with a remote camera shutter. With your phone securely 30 inches away, you can take a picture of yourself enjoying your favorite breakfast cereal. Presumably this can be cereals other than Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but it may void the warranty. Maybe you want to fire up the Periscope stream in the morning, or rake in the Instagram likes. You could even try it with soups if you're feeling adventurous. The possibilities are truly endless. They're giving it away for free, you just pay shipping. Don't worry if it's sold out, it looks like they're getting new stock every day. In other news, I'm sorry.
