If you've been keeping track of our 'Rachael' coverage, you should know that we're deeply, deeply in love with Sony Ericsson's rumored Android XPERIA Phone. We're in love with the design, we're in love with the wonderful UI, and now we get to fall in love with the specs. Expansys, the UK online electronics retailer, recently leaked the specifications on the much anticipated Sony Ericsson 'Rachael'. And it's oh so lovely.

A 4 inch 800 x 400 touchscreen, 3.5mm headphone jack, 8.1 megapixel camera with LED flash, image stabilization, smile shutter and face detection, and 10 Mbps HSDPA & 2 Mbps HSUPA. And though it's only currently listed on Expansys with European 3G bands, Sony Ericsson needs to deliver this to the US. It'll make a killing.

Sony Ericsson 'Rachael' Android XPERIA Phone Specs Leaked by Expansys

No word on internal memory. But with the rest of the specs, I don't think that will be a problem..... unless they don't bring it to North America :-( Otherwise I am SO in!!!

I guess I'll be waiting for ever, and ever, and ever...because I was waiting for the Hero...but now...I want to wait for this!

Impressive specs! I've said it before and I'll say it again. Needs 2 cameras like the Nintendo DSi. How else are we going finally going to get a (Skype \ GTalk) video phone to the masses?

Don't wait for this one to come to the US anytime soon. Dual band 3G with 10 Mbps which no one supports here at all. AT&T just started 7.2 upgrades.

Hmm... Why is it an 800x400 screen? Is that a typo, or is 800x480 purely a WM thing? I'm going with typo, just because adding 1/4 to the width of everything doesn't seem like it will scale as nicely as adding 1/2 to the width of everything, but who knows?

However, it's missing the size of the battery, and that's something that's really, really important to me.

It does look extremely nice. I'm pretty sure 800x400 is a typo. But what about Samsungs rumored Nvidia Tegra-phone also due 4q this year? That might be worth waiting for.
