Nest app for Android

Nest today updated their app for Android, adding support for Rush Hour Rewards and Seasonal Savings 2.0. If you have a Nest (and are downloading this update) you probably know what these are, but for those that don't, here's the short version. Rush Hour Rewards is way to "pre-cool" your home before those times when energy demand will be high (energy "rush hours"), and can save you up to $60 over the course of the summer. Seasonal Savings makes tiny adjustments in your schedule to promote energy saving, and can deliver up to 10-percent lower costs on heating and cooling.

In addition to Rush Hour Reward and Seasonal Saving support, there are improvements to account pairing, bug fixes and better accessibility for visually-impaired users. Grab the update from the Google play link above.

Nest app for Android updated to support Rush Hour Rewards and Seasonal Savings 2.0

The ui is actually not bad although it wouldn't hurt to try something new. So far it's saving me some money in the couple months I've had it. Can't wait to see what it does in a year.

The UI does not follow the Android Design guidelines at all, and looks out of place on Android. This is unacceptable, especially from a company owned by Google.

Wah wah wah. Doesn't follow design guidelines? What do you think this is, Apple?
