Mobile World Congress is just a few weeks away, and if recent rumblings are anything to go by, LG looks set to have some new stuff to show us. And there's more evidence of new LG phones on the way today, as the manufacturer has just posted the teaser image above on its Facebook page. "See what surprise LG has in store for you this time, with an unexpected distinction," the caption reads.

Expectedly, it's rather light on hard details, but we couldn't help noticing the L-shape of the bow in the image. We've already heard rumors of new L-style phones on the horizon, so that might be what LG's hinting at here. Last year's MWC saw the launch of multiple LG phones, including the Optimus L3, L5 and L7 as part of the original L-style series. Whatever LG's got up its sleeve this time around, we'll be live in Barcelona to bring you full coverage.

LG teases new phones ahead of MWC

I didn't attempt to buy a N4, but I see where you are coming from. I am sure I would feel the same way. The question is how much of that was LG and how much was Google?

If you want it sooner, walk down to your local T-mobile a=or get one through ebay. (and don't even give me any of that "This phone isn't worth $550 nonsense).

When I ordered my N4, the timeframe was 1-2 weeks. It was delivered in 3 days. 2 days for my mom. Andrew [Martonik] ordered his withe the 2-3 week timeframe and it also shipped in a few days.

If history is any indication, 'G' owners should expect support to stop immediately upon release of this new series.

Isn't the US version of the G still running ICS? Hey LG, I would have that ironed out by MWC or you have no credibility.

I've got the LG optimus G and this phone is the best phone I've ever seen up to date, overall. It is still running ics and if LG doesn't get jb out by mwc then I promise I won't ever buy another LG.

Even though the Nexus 4 is great device, im still holding out to put faith in LG to update their own devices. It will be tough for them to compete with Samsung but their devices are worth taking a look at since the Optimus G and the Nexus 4 are great devices.
