LG L70

LG refreshed its mid-range lineup with the new L Series III ahead of Mobile World Congress, and now it appears one of them is headed to the U.S. Twitter leaker @evleaks has published shots of the L70 with MetroPCS branding.

The device packs a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, a 4.5-inch WVGA display and 8-megapixel camera, as well as HSPA+ 21Mbps connectivity. There was no pricing info in today's leak, but we imagine Metro will be targeting an entry-level price point with this one.

I see LG didn't get the memo that Samsung has stopped using Gingerbread menu keys...

This is a step backeard compared to the existing LG F6 sold for about $99 on sale. Only benefit would be kitkat, but the screen resolution would still be a downgrade.
