AT&T LG Optimus G

A quick heads up for you owners of the AT&T LG Optimus G -- there's a software update rolling out today. As reported in our Optimus G Fourms, you'll still be on Android 4.0.4 (build IMM76L), and you'll now have software version E97011c. Other than that, we can't quite tell you what's changed.

So the wait continues for some Jelly Bean love for the AT&T Optimus G, but some update is better than no update.

We've got the updated about screen after the break should you deem it worth a gander.

Thanks, Tim!

AT&T LG Optimus G getting an Easter update

This isn't "new." 11c came out in December I believe. I guess they're just re-pushing it to capture anyone who didn't get it the first time. IIRC when 11c first came out it broke the FreeGee unlock method. You'd have to LGNPST back to an earlier version in order to root and unlock it.

wow, without xda I would be stuck on ics. this phone is so powerful, it really is a shame. I think this is AT&T's fault though. if you really want jellybean you should root this phone. I really can't imagine anyone regretting it. root it, make use of directorybind= more storage than nexus 4 ( where apps are concerned). aosp and aokp are almost there now for this phone, I don't see why anyone would choose the nexus 4 over this now that they are going for 350 on eBay.

The Sprint LG Optimus G already has Android 4.1.2. I may be wrong, but My question is why are you showing a picture of the back of a Sprint Optimus G, instead of the ATT version. Check out the camera.

The sprint version does have 4.1.2 and it really is at&t's fault that there version isn't on jellybean. These updates are released to carriers at the same time.
