If you're on T-Mobile, have one of those fancy 4G phones and happen to live in an HSPA+ coverage area, you might have notice faster speeds today. Some 47 markets have been bumped up to 42Mbps. That's theoretical speed, of course, and TMo says it's seen average download speeds "approaching 10Mbps," with peak speeds hitting 27Mbps. That's nothing to sneeze at.
