As you can see, the PSA changes, saying "Pidgey can wait" or "the Poké Stop can wait." It's certainly a clever way to get someone's attention.
If you're really enjoying Pokémon Go, that's great, but remember to practice some common sense. Don't dart out into streets chasing a Squirtle, or walk into people pursuing an Electrode. And certainly don't play the game and drive, because that's a very good way to get yourself or someone else hurt.
