Sony Ericsson has been rather forthcoming when it comes to the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc since it received its official announcement. They've given up close and personal looks at the camera improvements and have given us plenty of videos to watch as well. Interest in this device is starting to rise, especially after Sony Ericsson stated they are committed to the Android platform, maybe that's why we're seeing lots of camera and video samples. Speaking of which, a new batch has now turned up on YouTube and Flickr. Hit the break to see what we're talking about and shout out to Mikael for sending these into us. Also, be sure to check out our own hands-on. [XBlog]

Audio was fine. What are you talking about?

The guy was standing beside a very busy highway.

I'd have to agree that the audio sounded fine. Any distortion was probably due to all of the traffic noise. I was impressed that you could actually tell the vehicles apart, not just hear the traffic in general.

I'm sure this has been covered before, but does this phone have a dedicated camera button? That is a trend that I wish would return.

Yup, it does.

So this is the same quality as my D1. Nothing to see here

Until you see it in low light then it will most likely blow the DX out of the water.

The Video quality (select the HD feed) was pretty good quality.

The auto-exposure adjustment seems a touch over-reactive, sometimes responding to the reflection from the overhead highway sign, but other than that the video was pretty good.
