AT&T Optimus G

Well, AT&T followed through on this one. Following announcement of pricing and availability for the LG Optimus G on AT&T yesterday, the pre-order page at AT&T's website is now live. $199 with a two-year agreement -- $549 outright -- and a circle on your calendar for Nov. 2 is all you need to reserve LG's latest flagship.

If you're still on the fence about this device, don't worry, Phil and Jerry are working to bring you their official Optimus G reviews. In the meantime, we've got a few sneak peeks at certain parts of the devices.

AT&T Optimus G pre-orders start today

I wonder how many Android phones get pre orders. There's so many available options I would really find it hard to think any of them sell out. The only one I ever saw sell out was the EVO.

Priced @ $549.00.. This is a Great Pricepoint so a person does not have to be Locked Down in the Jail Cell that a Contract Phone Throws You In Until the Year 2015.. If this unit can be *Unlocked* so you can pick your GSM Network ( T-Mo @ $30.00 a Month ) , This represents a Super Buy for the Company's Flagship Device...

This is a little off subject but kinda not.

The above LG looks amazing compared to the Nexus 4 by the way but what I want to know is...

If the physical buttons can be placed where they are (evenly spaced at the bottom of the phone) why can't on-screen software button's be placed in exactly the same?
Giving us more screen instead of massive bezel areas at the top and bottom!

imagine having the that button area for viewing sites and watch video. That's what I want!!
